Juli! I was wondering where your Country Epoque blog had gone. I see you’ve renamed it and have continued your beautiful hobbies and photography with a new blog name! Nice renovation! It’s always fun to change themes and stuff, like changing home curtains, me thinks. Am glad to have found you again, my European pal.
What a beautifully written introduction to your blog Juli! I look forward to following along your journey!

Very nice blog!
Thank you very much Billy! It was nice to get to know your blog.
I came across your site when I was reading a new follower of The Ruminant Scribe, my blog site. I do love your blog and the beautiful ideas you have created in arrangements, etc. The pictures are beautiful and i can only imagine how lovely it is in person. I am just now beginning to decorate and your site has inspired me to get going on the project! I pray you have a wonderful Christmas. Linda
aaarrr, Thank you Linda, thank you very much. Welcome to blog! I am very happy that you visited me and you stumbled into my decorative ways of living at home. I love anything creative done by myself. I am always thinking of what to do next haha! The candles holders in picture are my first Christmas decor and I am thinking how I am going to do the rest. I am going to your website to read about you and what you write. once again, it’s been nice meeting with you and we will continue to communicate.
This past weekend my granddaughter and I made a Christmas lantern decoration out of picture frames with a flicker candle, balls and garland in the enter. She put a lid on hers and put fairy wings on the sides of the top. We had a great deal of fun finding the materials and then hot gluing them into place. It was the first such project that I had done with her and I imagine that we will embellish on it in the future. I might have her look at your site for some decorating ideas! Blessings to you today and during this Christmas season.
awww, thank you Linda. I am so happy that you and her enjoyed doing the little projects together. Yes it is so fun doing them. You know when it comes to decoration, you can use anything that you have in the house before you just go out to spend the money. Just look around if you have an old teapot that you don’t want to use, and get it done as a flower vase, or a bowl or small plate you can use the green flower foam, and cellotape it round the plate then just make your floral arrangement. You can also purchase a roll of the cellotape at the florist if you want cause it is made for this purpose. make sure you soak the foam in water for a lil while. Also you can get some wooden old boxes at thrift stores, then keep some of the jars you purchase that have like pasta sauce, wash them and keep them after you have used your sauce. and whenever you want to make your floral arrangements, put water in them and let them sit in the wooden box and just arrange your flowers in them. there are lots of various ways you can do things and not go for a big shopping. Well thank you for following my blog. I am so glad you did. I hope you have posted them on your blog. Will go check them. Have a wonderful week. hugs from my girl and me.
